Our 15″ diameter wheel halves are available in 2 – 15″ widths as standard or big bell in polished or black finish and can be ordered without a lock ring or with a standard or scalloped weld-on billet aluminum lock ring.

Our wheel halves are cold spun from a flat disc of 6061 T0 Aluminum on our precision CNC aluminum spinning machine to our exact specifications.

Sander Engineering is the only racing wheel company to CNC cold spin all of their aluminum wheel halves. They are cold formed over a 2 stage mandrel and heat treated twice to get a perfect part.

The bead lock rings are all made from billet material, not formed and welded like other rings.
